Terms of Service for FruntDesk LLC

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legal agreement between you (“Client”, “Member”, or “you”) and FruntDesk LLC (“FruntDesk”), governing your use of FruntDesk’s concierge services. By accessing or using the services provided by FruntDesk, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.

Description of Services

FruntDesk provides a suite of concierge services available via telephone, including but not limited to:

• Rides: Arrangement of vehicular transportation through third-party providers such as Uber.

• Grocery Delivery: Coordination of grocery delivery via third-party services like Instacart.

• Meal Delivery: Organization of meal delivery through various third-party vendors.

• Pharmacy Pickups and Delivery: Management of pharmaceutical logistics.

• Home Services: Scheduling of home maintenance and repair via platforms like TaskRabbit or other sourced providers.

• Laundry and Dry Cleaning: Coordination with laundry service providers such as Poplin.

• Family Services: Management of family-related services including check-ins, wake-up calls, and reminders, arranged by a FruntDesk concierge.

Third-Party Services

FruntDesk acts solely as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers. You agree that FruntDesk may accept third-party terms and conditions on your behalf as necessary to provide the requested services. FruntDesk is not responsible for the execution or quality of services provided by third parties.

Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all fees associated with the services rendered on your behalf. Fees include a booking fee of 5-7% and a dispatch, monitoring, and safety fee of 3-5%, assessed at FruntDesk’s discretion. You authorize FruntDesk to charge your designated payment method for such fees.

Cancellation Policies

If a service is cancelled, you may be responsible for any cancellation fees charged by the third-party provider. FruntDesk will also charge a service fee for managing these cancellations. Specific cancellation policies for each service type will be communicated at the time of booking.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FruntDesk, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, expenses, and liabilities arising from your use of FruntDesk’s services, including any violations of third-party terms and conditions.

Data Security and Privacy

FruntDesk commits to protecting the security and privacy of your personal information. Information collected is used only to provide the requested services and is not shared with third parties unless necessary for providing those services or as required by law.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the State of Oregon. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

Amendments to Terms

FruntDesk reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. You will be notified of any amendments through communication methods agreed upon, such as email or through service notifications on our platform.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Oregon without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

General Provisions

If any part of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that part will be construed to reflect the parties’ original intent, and the remaining portions will remain in full force and effect. FruntDesk’s failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
